Returns Policy
Return item(s)
- When you want to retrieve or replace one of our item(s) you need to bring the original invoice within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Item(s) should be returned new, unused, with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- All Item/s must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. shoes should be returned unmarked and it must be in the original packing, Item/s must be unused and returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
- All orders Paid by Wallet it will not valid for return policy
- If you purchase items included on the offer for (Buy 1 + get 1 free) and you need to change the items for any reason (Color / Size or other reasons) there are 3 cases as below:
- If the item that you need to change is the free item you must return also the paid item.
- If the item that you need to change is the paid item you must return the free item.
- If your order included 3 items from the offer and you need to return the free item you need to return any one of the paid products.
- If you need to change/return the full order after received for any reason (Color / Size or other reasons) and those items included in the offer (Buy 1 + get 1 free) you must return all items to our end, and if we received short items there's no refund until we receive all items included the free items, Also, the company not responsible for the shipping charge if there are missing items and you have to pay for the shipping company
Note
- That it will take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs and COD fee will not be refundable.
- If the item/s are used or damaged, your refund will be canceled.
- The quality check is processed on the reason of return communicated to our customer service team. If for any reason you wish to examine a different part/function of the returned item other than what was communicated during your interaction with the Customer Service team; the return cycle time will be renewed. (6-8 business days)
- Our policy for all orders with COD payment ( CASH ON DELIVERY ) Refund will be posted on your official Wallet after we check the refundable items within 48 Hours.
- Our policy for all orders with Visa/MasterCard payment Refund will be posted on your official Wallet after we check the refundable items within 48 Hours or transferred to the customer bank account if needed
- Item(s) that are returned without contacting our Customer Service team will be shipped back to you upon locating your address in our records.
- In case the returned product does not match the conditions above, it will be rejected and will be shipped back to you. If delivery (back to you) fails due to unavailability or was rejected by you, it will be stored at our facility for 3 months, after which you can no longer claim it.
- If the customer unable to receive the order due to travel or your mobile not reacheable or any other reason, it will be return back to our store and will duduct the shipping charges from your payment and will add the remaining amount into your wallet and you can use that amount on your next order.
- Click on 'PRODUCT RETURNS' and enter your address, and the reason for return/notice be sure about the items once you make a return request it will not valid to make another one
- For the PHILIPHINES customer can't return the items from our system and they need to return the items by their own expenses. If need to return from the PHILIPHINES please contact our support to get details more.
